Our Story
About Us
Two developers. One ambitious vision. A project management platform built to move at the speed of thought.
Our Mission
We built 4u4.us because we were tired of slow, bloated, over-complicated tools that get in the way instead of accelerating work. Our mission is to make modern project management feel effortless, instant, and intelligent — a platform that thinks as fast as you do.
We believe that great software should eliminate friction, not add it. Every feature we ship is designed to shave seconds off your workflow, surface insights automatically, and connect your ideas to executed results without the mental overhead of context-switching between a dozen tools.
The world moves faster every year. Teams that harness the right tools — tools powered by cutting-edge AI, built on blazing-fast infrastructure, and designed around human clarity — will define what success looks like for the next decade. That is the future we are building, one release at a time.
What we stand for
Our Values
Innovation
We challenge the status quo every single day. Instead of copying what already exists, we ask ourselves: what would a smarter, faster, more beautiful version of this look like? That relentless curiosity is our engine.
Transparency
We build in the open. No dark patterns, no lock-in tricks, no hidden fees. Our roadmap is shaped by real user feedback and every decision we make is one we'd proudly explain to our community.
Community
Our users are co-creators. The best ideas on our roadmap came from people who use 4u4.us every day. We listen, we implement, and we reward those who help us grow with exclusive early access and lifetime perks.
BYOK — Bring Your Own Key
We believe AI power should never be locked behind a single vendor. With BYOK, you connect your own API keys — Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, OpenAI — and build at full speed without paying a markup. Your keys, your rules.
Project Management System
4u4.us isn't just a mind map tool — it's a complete project OS. MindMaps flow into Kanban boards, Kanban tasks populate Auto-Gantt timelines, and AI ties it all together in one blazing-fast, frictionless workspace.
Synergy of Capabilities
Each feature in 4u4.us is designed to amplify the others. A brainstorm becomes a sprint, a sprint becomes a timeline, a timeline becomes a delivered product. The whole is exponentially greater than the sum of its parts.
The humans behind it
The Team
A lean and focused duo on a mission to redefine how modern teams think, plan, and deliver.
Elise
Co-founder & Lead
A woman with a vision—she certainly knew where she was going and why. She took no prisoners; no task was impossible. There was no way the app wouldn’t be functional, useful, and user-friendly. She fought tooth and nail for her vision of the product.
Sergio
Co-founder & Product Engineer
A sapper navigating minefields. In just a few months, he put together a tech stack that guarantees lightning-fast performance at a reasonable price. A man who has spent hundreds of hours optimizing code and applications while still battling the sharp claws of Lead.
